  1. Thank you Little Owl! Goals 3 and 4 kinda go along with my yoga goal. I want to start doing my workouts before I leave for work in the morning which means that I'll have to get up earlier, which means that I should go to bed earlier. It's going to be tough, but it will be worth it. Thanks for the luck!
  2. Plans for Week One - Mason jar lunches for work (to be made tonight) - "The Rise of Superman" to be read this week - No work on Friday -- no bedtime for Thursday night, no early morning on Friday - Camping Friday evening to Sunday evening
  3. Hello Bekah! I know I'm new to Nerd Fitness, but I think I'll do much better here than in the Recruits. I know the path I want to go down. Thanks for looking out! I'll be sure to tag you if I need some help. Thanks for the support!
  4. Thank you kelliefications! I love to read! I used to devour books at an insatiable rate. Now, I might read one book in a month. I've been watching a lot more TV than I used to. I want to get back to reading. Thanks for the support!
  5. Looks like a wonderful challenge! Good luck!
  6. This is my first day and challenge too! Good luck!

  8. ev·o·lu·tion (noun) the gradual development of something, especially from a simple to a more complex form. Synonyms: development, advancement, growth, rise, progress, expansion, unfolding Hello! I am GryffindorGoddess - or GG - and this is my first challenge. I know most people start with the Recruits on their first challenge, but I really feel like I belong here. I am evolving. Slowly. But I am. I am making changes in my life that will help me to grow in to the strong, healthy, and amazing woman that I know I can be. I am looking forward to the changes that will come, to the new experiences I will have, to the things I will let go. I cannot wait to see what has been hiding under my cloud of doubt and laziness. I have called myself goddess for many years, yet have not been behaving as one for quite some time. It is time to fix that. It is time to become the goddess I have long since claimed to be.
