  1. We paid the $6 for Brit Box - we figured we would keep it for a few months and then discontinue. It might still be... Thank you. I'm really making an effort. Some days are easier than others.. I know, right? WHO AM I?

  3. Kinda respawned today. Back on track. Training (in pounds) Squats 2 x 5 at 45 5 x 5 at 55 Bench 2 x 5 at 45 5 x 5 at 50 Single arm DB row 3 x 10 at 10 each side (No pain at all, which surprised me, good way of course!) DB curls (like whoa) 3 x 10 at 10 each side Once again feelinh great immediately after (although sore in the obliques - strange). We'll see how I feel tomorrow. Optimistic about it! Today's calories: 1773. Right on target.

  7. it was great on the way TO the dock...when the wind was at our backs and we were going downhill...less great coming back home, with all the opposite things happening. But even that was fun - I wanted to get out of the house! I *AM* excited to be lifting again. Trying to be more efficient with my time between sets, because it seems like a good thing to do... not re-posting the gif I just put on laghail's thread...NOT re-posting the gif I just put on lag... I wish that's what I meant, hahaha. It's actually my way of coming clean that I ate like I had no sense at all on those days...
  8. Tuesday: ate okay, but didn't track well - probably close to my goal? Wednesday: snowy cardio walking, ate for crap Thursday: ate for crap, lifted (in pounds) squat 5 x 5 at 50 OHP 5 x 5 at 45 DL (db, not bb) 1 x 5 at 10 1 x 5 at 30 felt great after, but not as great today (not doms, just healing pain, I think) Today ate okay but didn't track well - probably close to goal So...this week has been kinda meh, but I'm not giving up! Tomorrow is a new day for tracking!!!
