I'm happy with my week. I was able to start my strength training and got in two days. My husband and son did with me so that helped me to keep going as I struggled with it.

My first week went ok. I was able to complete two of my three goals. I was getting over being sick and then nursing a sick kid so I didn't get to start my strength training like I wanted to. So that will be my priority this week to get started with the beginning strength training routine.

Hi! I'm a teacher and mother of two and life has been so busy that I have not taken care of myself. Main quest: to lose 30 pounds Goals: 1. Walk at least an average of 5,000 steps a day. 2. I will have no more than 1/2 cup of ice cream no more than 2 days a week. 3. 20 minutes of strength training twice a week Life quest: I will spend 30 minutes each week cleaning out my closet. I will update on Sundays.
