Hi all As I understand it, I need to state my goals. Can do. 1) Lose ten to 12 pounds in a sensible manner. 2) Work at becoming more flexible just about everywhere! (Especially that hip I pulled a week ago...really? ) 3) Cut my diet Pepsi habit down from @ 3 a day to 1.5 or lower a day. 4) Find a few yoga moves that I can do and slowly improve without having to tackle a complete yoga workout from the start of the race! 5) manage to keep my suite of rooms tidy and the bathroom ready for company at a moments notice. 6) MOVE! Oh--adding I like a point scale to keep me honest with myself. However, I need a day to create it. I'll re-edit tomorrow! Sapphire
