  1. Hey, I'm Klarl, I'm here to try and get my progress back on track. I have at this point lost 30kg but in the past 6 months I've really slacked off and slipped backwards a bit. so I want to try a challenge and see where that takes me! My long term goal is to become stronger mentally and physically, I'm mentally good at the moment but I'm slacking in the physical department. I'm about half way to my goal weight so there's a lot more work to do! My three goals are: - Continue to get strength increases. I've been doing Stronglifts for about 6 months now and am doing really well in getting my core lifts up nice and high, currently close to 100kg for my squat and deadlift. I can got higher than that. - Exercise 5x weekly. I'm doing that already, but I want to continue this for the next 6 weeks to see what difference it'll make overall. I run on my off-days. - No cheat meals. I find that I can justify a cheat meal, or cheat day a little too easily. I want to go 6 weeks without cheating, I don't need that crap, the long term benefit of weightloss is the reward for me hard work, not bad food! Let's get dangerous!
