Hey, I'm the queen of starting challenges and then disappearing a few days into them, so I'm going to start small and stick with this one. Yoga: I'm going to do the Buti Yoga 30 Day Slimdown program. So, it'll be 5 workouts a week for 25-46 minutes a day. Meditation: I'm going to meditate for at least 5 minutes a day using one of the various apps/programs to do that. I'll probably do the Do You Yoga Meditation challenge because it'll go well with my yoga challenge. Life: I'm moving on ay 10th, so I want to focus on downsizing my life and only taking what really matters to my new home. Food: I have PCOS, so I need to closely monitor my blood sugar levels. I want to eat in a way that will allow my levels to be normal every morning for the next 6 weeks and beyond! Okay, I think that should be workable! Meggo
