Ok so this is my first Challenge, but I have been following NF for a while (got the t-shirt even). A year or two ago I was in relatively good shape after being a 'little heavy' for most of my life. Mostly thanks to the Slow Carb diet and the NF strength programs. However after a year living in Bali, Indonesia and suffering a back injury for the last six months I have noticed my clothes not fitting quite as well as they did and my weight has been creeping up above the psychological (and physical) barrier of 100kg.
