  1. I would love to see a new story with implementation of the old crew as parents or helpers. It is always interesting for me to know more about the backstories. But the main focus should be on new characters and possibly not with same abilities / skills / professions.
  2. Today I had: squat 5x5 @ 42.5 kg (hard one, but visualization definitely helps) Bench 5x5 @ 27.5 kg (still pretty easy) Row 5x5 @ 37.5 kg (don't really feel that exercise in my body) Inverted rows 5 reps, 4 reps & 3 reps (waist high at smith machine)
  3. Hmm... My favorite is Inara. That sensuality just pouring from her. And she is a badass too.
  4. Already do today was my second. Let's see, I had: Barbell Squat 5 sets a 5 reps with 40kg / 88lb Barbell Overhead press 5 sets a 5 reps (well fourth set were only 4 reps) with 22,5kg / 50lb << that exercise is hard, I don't really know how to progress. While I have a quite good lower body strength, my upper body is nowhere nere the mark :/ Barbell Deadlift one set of five reps with 50 kg/ 110 lb. << that one is still easy. And I cranked out 50 crunches in the end as part of a Fitocracy quest. Today I felt the squat for the first time, maybe it was the courtesy of those mats that elevated my heels . Anyway my legs really shaked when I left the gym and about an hour after that, which was an interesting experience for me. Also had that f*** salad after 9pm, I really need to make them in the mornings I guess.
  5. Well then more power to you, Malte. Let's start a life long journey of awesomeness
  6. I pretty much stick to the plan at any day, except for last Sunday, which was a lazy day and I did't meet my goals. Now I'm back on track and signed myself into a gym today to be able to squeeze more out of Stronglifts.
  7. Hi, I am Phen and also a bit late on introduction, as I have already started the challenge a week ago, but better late than never, right? So here it is: I live in Hamburg, Germany, I weigh slightly over 200 pounds at 5'4 height and consider myself at this point a "fatty-strong" person. Right now I am mostly isolated from all the people I like having in my life due to a depressive streak, but I am sure I'm on my way back on track. I joined the Rebel Army to get (and to give) some support on my way to my awesome self, that slowly chrystalyses before my mental eye . After a moment of consideration I decided to start Stronglifts to get rid of the 50 pounds extra and unnecessary fat I am currently running around. After that I'd probably switch to calistenics and gymnastics as I am more interested in being able to move my body around in space, but maybe until then I'd like it too much to stop, so that as consequence I will need to alter those routines Last week felt great and I decided to increase the stakes and signed myself today into a gym. Todays workout was awesome and I am looking forward for more to come.
  8. I watched it last month for the first time and fell in love. It is interesting: ALL characters are likeable, didn't see something like that often. Will definitely watch it again
  9. Did you eventually see a video of someone performing that water bending sequence? Or do you know someone who'll be able to?
  10. ...See me soar Great and very clear goals and you show determination by signing up to a gym - somehow it tells me you will achieve it all *thumbs up*
  11. Shamanic path? Yay or nay?

there's lots of fluff, but if you find something that speaks to you, go for it.

:D I'm still looking for a meditation which works for me. Maybe this will.

Hope you like it. I prefer just to sit and breathe, or watch the world go by, keep things simple. But I already have a ritual-heavy religion so I don't need more fancy stuff ^^

  12. It seems we start with similar goals and approches to achieve it How about a bit competitiveness and accountability buddying?
  13. here comes another similarity, I as well want to achieve that first of all. And well I feel great, thank you for asking today I completed all the daily goals and feel very energised. Sadly I don't feel any pain from exercising yesterday. On the bright side I will be able to move my body freely tomorrow at my second SL workout.
  14. Yesterday was my first stronglifts day so I am looking forward to the pain tomorrow. I hope it's not that bad, so that I can workout on Friday Oh, and I ate my salad and had 10.000 steps but without splitting. The day will not count though, 'cause I didn't write my goals until now.
