  1. Hi all, Everyone here seems so friendly and I've been wanting to join for a while. It's finally time. This is my first 6 week challenge and I'm really excited. For the next 6 weeks my goals are: 1. do 100 pushups every day, no matter how many sets I have to break them down into. Right now I'm doing them in groups of 5 or 7 or 10 depending on the day. But then there are those pesky times when I don't do any - for days at a time - even weeks. This is changing now! 2. drink 3 L of water every day. Did this as my 30 day academy challenge - felt great - stopped doing it - felt crappy again - am getting back on board the water train with 3 L /day for six weeks straight. 3. get to bed no later than 9 PM every night (this is the hardest of the three). Days getting longer, more stuff to do, etc Really excited. Can't wait to meet you all in the forums.
