  1. Hey Nanners I did good! Ate lots of greens...saved my one piece of fruit until after dinner so i could look forward to it all day Practiced my pull-ups (it's a little demoralizing since I can't even do one!) and my double-unders Thanks for checking up on me
  2. This is my first challenge, and really excited because I NEED the accountability and tracking...particularly for my nutrition goals I've been doing CrossFit for about 5 months now (and totally obsessed of course), and my long-term, general goal is to be one of the top 5 girls at our box. I want to be able to consistently workout at the RX level The biggest barrier to that is my lack of gymnastics skill...so my fitness goals for the next six week are: 1. Practice pull-ups for 10 min a day. Includes mobility on days off. 2. Practice double-unders for 10 min a day. I've recently completed a nutrition challenge through my CrossFit box and cut out sugar for a month. I actually really loved this and found it much easier than I imagined. I also found it helped A LOT with performance. However, Easter kinda threw a spanner in the works and I don't want to slip back into old habits so this has really come at the perfect time. My nutrition goals for the next 6 weeks are: 1. Eat vegetables with every meal. 2. Cut fruit down to once per day (this is going to be hard!) Measuring and rewards: I've printed out a 6 week calendar and am going to do this in a "don't break the chain" kinda way. Every day I meet the goals I'm going to get an 'X'...trying to get a unbroken chain for 6 weeks. Rewards-wise, I'm thinking that for every seven-day unbroken chain, I'm going to do something cool. Haven't decided on that though. Side Quest: I'm going to sort out a budget (scary!) and stick to it for 6 weeks. Including savings for travel Motivation: For me, every day going to the box is motivation...I want to be better and just being in that environment is hugely motivating for me.
