    You guys are so awesome! So week 3 had some hiccups.... I can no longer run, and i have to dial back my pole to no more than 3 classes per week. My Food will be good though and i will definitely not be drinking for quite some time. Can share more in a couple of weeks. But things will be interesting

    Hey Guys! Thanks for checking in Week 2: water good. Steps 10K everyday except Sunday. 3 pole classes, but unfortunately only 1 run. I had a tiny bit too much on my plate for week 2. Dashing all around town picking up supplies for a craft project due on Saturday and then spending time at my mothers to sew. And then to top it off i managed to have a fantastic bout of heyfever for 3 days. Food was ok - with the exception of Saturday where hubby and I went out for a picnic- champagne (potentially too much), cotton candy, cheese baguettes. But it was our Anniversary - so I'm perfectly ok with it @Mourgause - I live about 1mile from work, so I walk to and from each day which gives me about 6k. Then running and pole definitely helps. On other days I go for walks in my lunch break, even just to the shops to pick up groceries. I've even been known to walk laps around my veranda of an evening. Every little bit counts.

    Wow Thank you all for your support and encouragement! @Iceburner - Thanks that's a good idea. I link it to my fitbit at the moment which helps! Doing well so far. Food has not been amazing but i'm ok with that. Alcohol is good, 4 drinks on Saturday. Water is good. Have been running and got to pole on Thursday. Couldn't go yesterday because I gave blood the day before. But I'm prepped to go for the week. Only missed my steps on Saturday, got to 8000 because I was driving all day. @Starsapart - Thanks I will be checking it out! Thank again guys. Bring on Week 2! Go be awesome!!!

    Howdie all This morning I woke up - over it. Over thinking about food, over feeling bad about my food choices, or feeling guilty that I was too tired to go for a run. Over comparing myself to other people who are having diet success while I'm not. I keep thinking about all the times I've tried, had some success and then ultimately gone back to my old ways. I woke up ready to throw it all in and just try to let it go - until I went to get ready for work, and my favourite pair of pants was too tight. Over it. Over letting my past control me. Ready to start again - clean slate - Tabula Rasa. 6 week challenge to restart my fitness?....I'm in! At the end of the 6 weeks I will fit in all my favourite clothes again. Over the next six weeks I will: Food I will drink at least 2 litres water every day and only one coffee daily. Alcohol may only be consumed on Saturday Nights, and in moderation. I will log my food - regardless of what I eat. Exercise I will start my C25K again and run 3 times weekly I will go to 16 pole classes I will get 10K steps per day Mind Sunday is always a rest day - no matter what! I will take this day to read, have a long bath, paint my toenails etc and reflect on the week that was, my achievements and my focus for the week ahead. Accountability Starts here. I will check in on the forums on a regular basis, and update you all at least once a week. Starting.... Now!!!!! xox Kam
