  1. HI ALL! I AM A 28 YEAR OLD MOMMY OF 3 BOYS (6 AND TWIN 2 YEAR OLDS). THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RODEO WITH GETTING HEALTHY AND ON TRACK. AND WITH 3 BOYS IMMA NEED IT NOW MORE THAN EVER. I WORK FULL TIME, GO TO SCHOOL FULL TIME AND I HAVE AN AMAZING SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND WHO DOESN'T MIND ME GETTING LOST AT THE GYM 5 DAYS A WEEK. I AM LOOKING TO WORK TOWARDS WEIGHT LOSS AND TONING SO I CAN GET BACK INTO THE MILITARY. MY 3 CURRENT MAIN GOALS ARE 1) LOOSE 15 POUNDS AT LEAST IN THE 6 WEEKS 2) CHANGE EATING HABBITS TO SHIFT TOWARDS MOSTLY CLEAN/PALEO 3) MAKE MY 5 DAYS A WEEK A MUST NOT JUST AN EVERYOTHER WEEK THING
  2. Is your overall quest achievable (over a short or long period of time)? Is it reasonable... YES Do your 3 quests all build towards your main quest in little ways, or are you taking on too much? Do your quests have sub-quests or is it just one thing to focus on? ABSOLUTLY Are your main goals realistic? Can you scale them to smaller steps to fit your life better, even if it will make it take a little longer to achieve them? YUPPERS Are your goals able to be measured and tracked? What will you use to track them? THEY SURE CAN AND I WILL BE USING FITBIT AND MY FITNESS PAL TO DO SO How are you grading your goals? Are they pass/fail (“every dayâ€, “not even once over the six weeksâ€)? Is there a reward for the effort, or are you only grading yourself on whether or not you “lose the weight†or “run the distanceâ€? MY REWARD IS THERE AND I WILL BE DOING A PASS FAIL EVERYDAY TO KEEP MYSELF MOTIVATED. What is your plan for continuing/altering/grading those goals if you become ill or injured? TO CONTINUE WILL NOT BE HARD SINCE IT WILL BE MOSTLY FOCUSING ON NUTRITION TO START OUT. Did you take into consideration any special occasions (Labour Day, Independence Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc) that may occur during the challenge? What modifications do you need to build into your goals for those? YES AND I HAVE ALLOWED MY SELF WIGGLE ROOM FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS. Do any of your main goals conflict with each other? Will one goal make it hard to do another? THEY ARE CONNECTED BUT IN A GOOD WAY. THE ONLY DOWN FALL I CAN SEE IS LETTING MY EATING HABBITS GO TO CRAP AND THAT MESSING ME UP. Do you already have the time in your schedule to actually complete the goals you’ve set? If not, what are you planning to do to make time for them? I AM A FULL TIME MOMMY OF 3, FULL TIME COLLEGE STUDENT AND FULL TIME EMPLOYEE... I FIND TIME FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR OF GYM DAILY SO I WILL JUST HAVE TO ADD IN MEAL PREP! Are you trying to build multiple habits, or is all your energy focused on your main quest? MY HABBIT I AM TRYING TO BUILD IS MY CLEAN/PALEO EATING. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOMED!
