  2. It's so great to see! And I completely understand the fickleness too. Even though I can't do one yet, I still find in my training that progress can be slower if I don't work at it every single day.Your journey from 2013 is a great reminder to never give up! Thanks for sharing! Sent from my SM-G920I using Tapatalk
  3. We should get some videos going! No matter what level we're all at, I think it's fun watching other people and checking out their technique etc. That's not creepy right? haha
  4. Congrats Elinox!!! That's so exciting!
  5. And keep trying no matter what!Sent from my SM-G920I using Tapatalk
  6. We have one at our place and it works great. My boyfs about 85kgs and he uses it all the time. The framing has shifted just the slightest bit, but his house is pretty old too! I use a chair to assist me at the moment but will start to use a power band once I work out which size is right for me.
  7. All you got to do is start trying gals! I'm really enjoying the challenge even though I'm still a fair bit away from being able to do one myself. We're all here to support
  8. I'm slowly still working on my strength.... Down to 32.5kgs on the assisted machine and up to 54kgs on the lat pull down. I'm aiming for chin ups first, so working predominantly on close grip movements. Man how hard are supine rows!!! I'm also looking at trying out the Power Bands as I've heard they are better at creating life-like technique rather than the assisted - which might explain why so many people struggle with that final part lifting from the dead hang? I just have no ideas on the colours and what each of them are like. Has one tried them? I would love to hear your thoug
  9. Been a bit quiet lately, but still working hard. Completed 3 sets of 5x20kgs single arm dB row's today which means I am -....- this close to completing my challenge! So excited!
  10. Just checking in on everyone's pull up/chin up training progressions! I've reached 18kgs on Single Arm DB rows, 48kgs on narrow grip lat pull downs and I'm down to 42kgs on the assisted machine (currently weighing 77kgs) What's your favourite back exercise you like to train?
