  1. This week was not that good everyday i was so tired, could have slept the whole week. The reason could be my low water-use, drink much too little atm. Did a short run on monday with my running crew and totally left my comfort zone: I ran in a monkeysuit. Did two short workouts, bit push ups, no swimming. Not so good. This morning i created a new logo for my running crew #boostberlin. My little district has a deer as sigil, so it was not hard to find a crossover: sometimes i need some nerdy motivation to do my running,
  2. After the 6 week challenge is nearly over, i will go on with a daily battle log. My introduction. Main Quest Feeling comfortable in my body, because of weight-loss and being more selfconfident! 3 smart quests 1st quest: running two times or 10km a week (at least) --> focus on 10km under 1h I'm a member of two running communities, nike and adidas. Wanna focus on the adidas people, because a good friend of mine is now a member too. Best would be two runs with them, because there are goodies for a lot of participation. I'm using my tomtom watch (+ nike running and runkeeper) for recording and evaluation. 2nd quest: Bodyweight workout at least 3 times a week --> focus on a strong back / core I'm using the NTC training app, doing a lot of core, stomache and back training. Also a friend of mine invited me to do crossfit with her, because she is a member in a studio and wants to be a trainer 3rd quest: Sleep around 8h at night! Sleeping too much (12h) or too less (4/5h) the night. Plan: Get up befor 9am also when having a free day + just short afternoon napping after work. 4th quest: Cut sugar use! --> once icecream a week Atm i escalate with sugar. Eating a whole B&J a day, also cookies etc. So i have to cut it! I love fruits, so i will concentrate more on them, than on sweets. Motivation -"Little by little, one travels far" Better a short workout than none! - be my own superhero, epic eileen! Inspiring people, being cool, someone you look up to, for being strong, creative or whatever. - fitting in my 3 too small dresses / 3 training shirts and I feeling comfy in a bikini. - running a half-marathon end of summer. Life Quest Enjoying life more, use my time well, leave the comfort zone! "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us" Upcoming events 20th June: Nike 10km run 14th july: starting new fulltime job 23th august: half marathon 31th august: starting new apprenticeship ----- Now i will clean up my flat and after that having a BBQ with my guys while playing the best game of thrones game ever!
  3. Sounds cool! Thinking about to buy one, too. But atm i want too much, have too many goals. So first i concentrate on really important things, after that i will start the walking to mordor. Really have to find apprenticeship training position after i screwed uni last year. That should be my goal nuber one, but i prefer eating ice cream and watching movies. Yesterday i joined the game of thrones exibition, which was sooooo great!!! Now i am more in love than ever with this book/series. Call me queen of the north and seven kingdoms now! Really left my comfort zone yesterday. Talked to many strangers, also to a television team, asked others to take pictures of me on the thrones etc. Was so nervous to go alone to the exibition but succeed and really enjoyed it. Still have muscle ache from training days ago, was just a short but really effectiv one: Will now meet a friend and afterwards need to go for a run.

  5. Just spotted the "walking to mordor challenge", how cool is that? And what a nice video of the road goes ever on and on song, wish i lived in middle earth. And also i really like the article about what we can leran from zelda. Link was / is my childhood hero, always wanted to be like him (later also as sheik ). Hopefully tomorrow i will find time to do all the miniquests. Already read and did them theoretically, but have to write them down. Tomorrow i will work a lot, after that i have to clean up my flat and thaaaaaan i have to prepair for the game of thrones exibition on wednesday, yeah!

  7. Successful week. Did my three BW workouts and run twice the week. I'm now an official adidas member and proud of myself.
  8. Today was ok Did 2 BW workouts (73min) and ate pretty fine. Tomorrow I will meet a friend for going to swim and friday i will be a official member of the adidas running crew of my city, yeah. And also tomorrow i wanna get my bike repaired, so i can go to work by bicycle.
  9. Not sure about the motive yet. I love the starks and wolfs in general, so i really need one. Maybe also a lion, because my nephews name is "leo" (starsign lion), but actually i hesitate getting a lannister emblem. Also i need something according to the house of black and white. As you can see i need to think about it longer. Eating other stuff do not help. I'll drink a lot of sweet tea or "fruitwater", if i recognise the craving for icecream. but also with a nearly bursting stomach, i could eat tons of sugared stuff. Maybe it's still a relict of my eating disorder, with bulemia i learned to ignore the hungry feeling and the feeling of a full stomach. -.-
  10. Saturday i crushed my toenail, so i couldn't do any running. But friday is a big run with my adidas family, where i want to join. Also did just a bit push ups and squats, ate a lot of icecream and was not really producative at all now i "have to go" to a little star wars party, so could not do any sports. But that's also a good thing, because it's a party from a sportsmate i met just a few times and i get over my shyness!

  12. Thanks Still thinking about another game of throne piece on the other arm Yesterday i noticed my emotional eating behaviour, being angry or sad i want ice cream or other sugarstuff. It's awful! Thought i controlled it with sports, yoga and other activities, which calm me down. But it's still slumbering within me -.-

I adore ravens and fell in love with Brynden Rivers, so i had to immortalize the 3 eyed crow on my skin. it's a bit hard to catch the whole piece in one picture.   15. Thank you for the warm welcome! Yes, i'm doing more than just running. Once i week i go swimming with a friend. Than i try to do yoga regulary and also started with bodyweight workouts. atm I'm using the nike training club app, which is pretty nice. But still missing the gym and the weights but cant effort anymore. Sometimes i also play squash, soccer and other sports with friends. I really want to get more strenghts and muscles but have the feeling that bodyweight workouts are a bit too hard for me. Are there any tips for beginners? While working out at the gym i saw really fast getting better, improve with the weights, doing more reps and getting muscles. This is missing doing just bodyweight workouts , which is really demotivating.
  16. Hello from germany I'm so happy about this page and that i now join the rebellion. Just a short background information: I always was chubby, because my mum did not care about healthy eating, never cooked and just gave me sweets instead of a good meal. My biggest weakness is ice cream. A whole B&J? No problem, could (and would) eat also two or three instead of a real meal. At the moment I'm trying to make my own, healthy ice cream with frozen bananas. Apart from that my eating behaviour is pretty good: lot of fruits and vegetables, rarely sweets or fastfood. But I have to drink more water, I consume too much coffe. I do not ban anything, I just enjoy it more and eat only a little, becauce I struggled 10 years from an eating disorder and never ever want to go back to that. I want to enjoy eating, it's not a battleground! Years ago I was very sportive but than I struggled with heart problems, damaged knees and other diseases. So I have to slowly start again. January this year I began running with a women nike team, since this month also with adidas. It's perfect for me, because I have to leave my comfortzone. I challenge myself with meeting new supersporty people, we fight together, we motivate each other. I love the idea of training for the house of black and white, being a sheika, becoming a super saiyajin. I want to be the very best, a legend of time, wonder woman, my own super hero. My slogan: growing strong and workout is coming, my new name: epic eileen. Goals etc will follow, first I have to check the rules of the rebellion. I'm not that fast, because english is not my mothertongue, sorry.
