so, hey... Long term fat person, really trying to make some changes this year. Currently walking more (Fitbit FTW) and attempting to go Paleo but generally failing in the face of the biscuit tin. Tried various things in the past, almost all failed except running a marathon where the abject fear of death forced me to go out and run. Since then, fallen back in bad old way. So yeah, hello!
