  1. want to attain Goku mode. but adult Gohan mode is probably more realistic for me. as for real life: Mark Sisson Erwan Le Corre Ryan Kwanten Christian Bale in American Psycho and of course Brad Pitt in Fight Club. All of these people inspired me to work out in different ways at different points in my life. I realize these are radically different body types, but if I ever even approached looking like one of them, doesn't matter which, I'd be very happy.
  2. I have seen the new season, and it's awesome, and your cosplay is legit. Kudos.

  3. Yep, that's me on paleohacks!

  4. How's training going, everybody? What have you achieved this week, or recently? This week I was able to hold a freestanding handstand for about five seconds at at time, 3-5 times. I'm also now able to do multiple sets of 2 HSPU (feet against the wall), and my dip and pull up session numbers have been going up.
  5. I really love yoga. My buddies and I did it fairly frequently in my senior year of high school. Since then I've only gone sporadically, since the studios in my area are pretty expensive at ten dollars per session. I've always enjoyed hot yoga, because who doesn't enjoy a good sweat? It makes me very relaxed and completely de-stressed. I almost feel like I'm in a euphoric state at the end of every session. Yoga is like an active meditation for me. Plus, girls in yoga pants. 'Nuff said.

  7. I gotta know - is your avatar photo (har har puns) a picture of you?

  8. Let me get this straight - are you saying what you enjoy is literally just standing in one place whilst erect?
  9. Just out of curiosity, have you ever heard of a movie called Star Wars? Kidding, of course. Impressive number of tats!
  10. http://www.quiksilver.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2981595 this hat is legit, and distinctive!
  11. Books are great, the movie was awful. Rather than being a movie concerned with building complex relationships between the characters, and rather than focusing on themes concerning the politics of power and revolution, it was content to be a glossy action movie with absolutely no substance. Jennifer Lawrence was great, though.
  12. The Hunger Games, Brave, the Amazing Spider-Man, and that's about it. Oh and I think there's a new Tarantino film out this year so that, too.
  13. Hey Spezzy! I'm assuming it's you sending the NF shirts now - I just wanted to say thanks for the quick shipping, and thanks for throwing in the sticker!

  14. I saw 21 Jump Street about 6 months ago. Test screening. Thought it was hilarious too.
  15. @Bruce: GOMAD might not be fully necessary. I'd suggest starting off small. Have a tall glass of milk with every meal and see how you progress. Add more as necessary - you might not need a full gallon to make the gains you desire, and if you find that point of comfort, you can avoid excessive fat gain. ALSO: You don't need to compete with others on things like lifting/wrestling/game. You only need to compete with yourself. As long as you are constantly striving to be better on one day than you were the day before, then you have nothing to worry about.
  16. 1. Ocarina of Time, because I'm original. 2. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles 3. Psychonauts 4. Robot Unicorn Attack (addicting as fuark) 5. Portal!
  17. mah brotha! That's my favorite band. seen 'em 6 or 7 times in the past four years.
  18. Damn, Spezzy, you got some tiny feet. Nice video!
  19. HOT TEACHERS Had one in seventh or eighth grade. She was super cool, maybe late 20s at most, and she was pretty much what you'd think of as the stereotypical hot teacher. Short, fit, and...extremely well endowed. She competed on Fear Factor. In a bikini. That was a good day to be a boy in my middle school.
