  8. Week 2 has finished up about the same as week 1. Only one workout (this morning ). We're short on sleep at our house at the moment. Next week isn't going to be much better as Baby Bones has a 3rd attempt for MRI which means this time they are going to give her a general anaesthetic so we have to go in the day before and stay over and all sorts.   21. Well still no workouts this challenge, but I did get my chinups in today, and got 3x8 which I think is a PB (don't mention the 10-20 min rest between each set). I spend a lot of time wondering whether I'm ever going to get any stronger, but these felt good. I can do a really strong chest to bar for the first 6 or so, and I'm pretty sure that's not something I could ever do as a kid. Life is like riding a bicycle.   23. Hi. I was hoping to get something in last night , but Mondays are always a challenge as ir oldest has scouts till quite late. I'll see if I can do a workout tonight, but it may turn out to be just house tidying - that's still part of the challenge though right !? Life is like riding a bicycle.
