  1. From the beginning I never ate a lot of potatoes, bread. But a lot of pasta. So I will follow your advice and eat it once every week. Is this good?
  2. Hi Guys, My goal is to lose fat, especially belly area, about 20 cm. I have till the end of the year to reach my goal. @Yraen of the Engwar -- What kind of back exercise do you recommend? @jfreaksho -- Right now I'm eating rather clean. A lot of veggies, cooked chicken, or beef and 1 piece of fruit everyday. Snack are cucumbers, so I'm really watching it. No bread, rice, pasta or potatoes. Only drink water or tea.
  3. Hi everybody, I live in The Netherlands and I am 25 years old now. I Have been insecure about my weight my whole life. (Really that long) Now I've gained quite a few ponds (kilo's, get a grip America!) and I want to lose it all for good. Unfortunately I don't have money for the gym right now so I need a good workout plan for home. I Have my own silly cardio plan workout and I was hoping if you guys could give me some pointers. What I do on a cardio day is: - Stairs workout Do jumping jacks x20, run up the stairs and do jumping jacks x20 again, go down stairs and repeat. I do this 5 to 10 times (Its hard) - Running outside So first i'm building up my stamina so I can run longer. Right now I can run for a minute or 2. And on sundays we go into the woods to run over logs and such. Both runs are for around 30 to 45 minutes - Stepper (y'all know what I mean? Cause I don't know if this is the right word for it) First 3 minutes a steady active pace and then 1 minute as fast as I can go. I do this for 15 to 30 minutes I'm just getting started with working out so I need to build everything up. Strenght is harder for me to know what to do at home because I dont own machines. - Squats - Donkey kicks - Wall sits - Push ups - Triceps dips (with the chair) - Abs (Planking, sit ups, chrunches, legraises - every day) And I have Nike Training on my XBox kinect (I know, lame. xD) I try to do this every weekend. If you could provide any help or pointers with this I'll be pleased. Cheers
