  1. With the new epic quests are you able to give portion credit? Say if you grade yourself an A for a specific questions you get 25 exp. But if you credited yourself with a C you get 15 exp.
  2. I’m starting this like many because I looked at myself one day and realized that I needed a change. While much in my life is going good and brings me joy there is a lot that is keeping me from my whole potential. I am going to try my best and keep things as holistic as possible and hit on Mind, Body, and Spirit when it comes to my goals. Main Life Quest: To be more centerd and focused Goal #1 – Start a Body Weight Workout program and work it 3 times a week. EXERCISESETS/REPS/TIMEDynamic Warm Up10 min Assisted Squats3 sets of between 4 and 8 repetitions;Rest between one and 2 min between setsLeg Assisted Pull Ups3 sets of between 4 and 8 repetitions;Rest between one and 2 min between setsIncline pike push ups3 sets of between 4 and 8 repetitions;Rest between one and 2 min between setsFlat knee raises3 sets of between 4 and 8 repetitions;Rest between one and 2 min between setsPush ups or Bent knee bench dips(alternate between the two with every session)3 sets of between 4 and 8 repetitions;Rest between one and 2 min between setsVertical pulls3 sets of between 4 and 8 repetitions;Rest between one and 2 min between setsPlankone plank between 30s and 60sStatic Streching10 min Grading - 18 Workouts = A 15-17 Workouts = B 12-14 Workouts = C 10-11 Workouts = D Less than 10 Workouts = F Goal #2 – Stop drinking pop – Drink recommended amounts of Water. Every day I will attempt to not drink any pop and drink 115 oz of water. Grading - 40-42 days = A 36-39 = B 30-35 = C 24-29 = D Less than 24 days = F Hopefully I have everything laid out. My goal once the the challenge starts is to check in at least 3 times a week with progress.
