  1. Ditto. Not too expensive here. But I have to buy a full quarter cow to get the $3.50 price. I do have the choice between angus and corriente though and I can come look at the animals on Thursdays and Saturdays
  2. Why not put real foods into the blender? Or chili, that's a happy medium.
  3. Works nice enough for me. Go to ross or TjMaxx they'll have them for like $15
  4. I use my tennis ball at work I work my hamstrings and IT band while I sit. Sometimes I press against it on my back.

  9. You need to eat more on days you lift and less on days you dont.

  11. THis ^. YOur body processes fat into glycogen to be used immediately. Your a big person. YOu need to eat much more fat.

  16. They say fish oil can help with asthma. As is an anti inflamatory.

  18. I make my own saukraut, its great stuff. Added some small slivers of carrots in. Not sure why though.
