Ditto. Not too expensive here. But I have to buy a full quarter cow to get the $3.50 price. I do have the choice between angus and corriente though and I can come look at the animals on Thursdays and Saturdays

They say fish oil can help with asthma. As is an anti inflamatory.

Read this http://www.eatmoveimprove.com/2009/08/on-tendonitis/ I'd suggest you see a PT if your still experiencing pain. And dropping anything that causes pain. Try to find a much easier version of that exercise and work your way up.

I make my own saukraut, its great stuff. Added some small slivers of carrots in. Not sure why though.
