  4. Let's call this a reset to a new week? I'm trying so hard not to ruminate on my fear of being quarantined, I get cabin fever real bad. My boyfriend has been super supportive and told me I wasn't crazy to stop taking public transit. I'm in SF Bay area and my boyfriend has worked in 3 places where now-quarantined people have been. Trying to dig myself out of this weird panic cave of depression. Being smart is annoying sometimes. lol. Sunday Focus Goal: Stay off social media during work hours and bedtime.   8. This has been a rough week. My job is so stressful and it's got me eyeing my savings and a less stress minimum wage job. Course those jobs usually involve people and I live in the SF bay area. I'm trying to manage the balance between panic and actual concern. Pretty sure my job is about to require us to work remote soon. I've got the worse case of burnout I'm trying to work through. I need a break, badly. I'm trying to update for the week as I can.

Not as bad as last year but definitely slowing me down for a few days. which means I gotta mind my diet more, sigh. they say you can’t outrun a bad diet but if you’re running you’re not home bored. All I’m saying.

  16. Day 8 Thursday. Focus Goal: Stay off social media during work hours and bedtime. Not great. Was running energy models which is easy for me to get distracted on Interact Goal: 5 posts in other's posts a week. 2/5 The stress has me feeling anti-social, please don't take it personally. Train Goal: Dinner by 9pm Not even close 2/4 Goal: 75 minutes of Vigorous activity a week 89/75 Went for a walk, almost at 3 mph. Plus did some weight/cable machine exercises in the evening. Today (Friday) I had a panic attack while working. The second one since my mom passed in 2018. My mom was a licenesed social worker and therapist so on top of being "Mom" she was fully qualified to help me through those moments. I got through this one on my own with my boyfriend's help but it was really rough. I keep asking for help but there's no help to be offered than folks wait to the last minute to question my calculations, it got to be overwhelming.

    I've found that making time to unwind really has helped my night routine, used to try to work when I couldn't fall asleep right away. Was counter productive it turned out.

Interact Goal: 5 posts in other's posts a week. 0/5 Train Goal: Dinner by 9pm Nope 1/2 I'm trying a new sleep aid and it's throwing me off a bit. Will take it earlier if needed tonight. Goal: 75 minutes of Vigorous activity a week 63/75 Uh...? I did do my second HIIT class plus go for a walk but I think my heart rate was unusually high yesterday. Either that or my Galaxy watch got confused, I've read that it has trouble with accurate readings on darker skin but nothing specific. Is there a melanin threshold? I can see my veins, so shouldn't the watch be able to? I'm somewhere in between Beyonce and Lizzo. At any rate I should have some precision if not accuracy. Maybe it was caffeine? I drank 3 cups of iced green tea plus a coffee protein drink. It wasn't a lot of caffeine but it's more than I usually have. Found out I still can't do a burpee, my right knee is just not cooperating.

Being debt free makes it tough to stay motivated for I'm not enthused about. I think this is why I'm underpaid. Interact Goal: 5 posts in other's posts a week. 0/5 Train Goal: Dinner by 9pm Done! Goal: 75 minutes of Vigorous activity a week 14/75 I didn't hit my daily overall exercise goal of 30 minutes. Went for a 22 minute walk. I was 262.8 on Monday. I did drink a fair amount of hard Cider this weekend but I exercised allot. Sometimes I have to look back at my weekend and remind myself I didn't gain 2.8lbs of fat in 3 days. Water weight is annoying tho'. . This week I'm supposed to eat 3 meals a day, 3-4 hours apart plus drink at least 12 oz of water in between that time. Working with a senior nutrition major at a university as their "test client". It's been a fun experience, I've learned allot. Also they haven't hassled me about my weight which is nice. By focusing on eating more produce, hydrating, the same goals get achieved and I'm not going to the dark mental place of dieting.
  22. Week 1 recap Didn't die in HIIT class, going again tomorrow in fact. For some reason my body really wants to try its fasting muscles in the middle of the day and eat at night. This week I'm going to aim to stop eating by 9pm. 8000 steps are getting easier and easier. I uninstalled Castbox because listening to recaps of the news really affects my productivity. It's so hard to do the right thing sometimes.

It was sunday so I kinda slacked off. could have gotten more done. I think my watch got disconnected during one of my workouts but I'm not going to worry about it.

Maybe I need to change this Goal: 75 minutes of Vigorous activity a week 85/75 Goal met! I had dance practice today for an hour. 45 minutes of dance. Not very vigorous
