  1. Hello! I started the challenge: I did the Beginner BodyWeight workout yesterday (Once in the morning and again in the evening). I stuck to the numbers on the page but tomorrow I plan to do 1 more in each exercise. And I will do the workout 3x a week (M, W, F). For my diet: I've gone paleo. But since I'm a college student, my meals consist of turkey hot dogs, eggs, sunflower seeds, spinach, banana, tomato, zucchini, and a lot of carrots. I was scared to consider the intermittent fasting as my life quest. But after reading the article, I realize I did that anyways but like this: whenever I felt hungry I ate which had me skipping breakfast and/or lunch and eating a heavy dinner. For this challenge, I plan to have a purpose with my intermittent fasting- doing my workout then eating. My goals for this challenge feels vague but I will gladly hear any advice anyone has on maintaining a healthy caloric deficit in my paleo diet, my exercises (because I still feel sore even though I did the workout yesterday), and my intermittent fasting (because I was scared that I couldn't tell if I was hungry or not).
