  1. Thank you! I'll be sure to pick your brain about archery once I start up on it! I'm very excited. Actually, should there be any excercises I should do to strengthen the muscles needed? Like back excercises or anything like that?

  3. Welcome to my battle log. Here you'll find a collection of spells that I test during the six week challenge. These spells consist of weekly Ingredients (diet and nutrition goals), Rituals (exercise routine), and an Incantation (fun thing for motivation). Current Status: HUMAN Weight: 72 KG Waist: 29 IN Current Quest: Mermaid Trials *Improve swimming skills *Slim down waist line *Improve air capacity
  4. Transformation Spell this week -3x10 assisted pull-ups -3x12 push-ups -3x15 leg lifts -3x20 squats Main ingredient: Fish (eating more fish and adding fish oils into my diet) Weekly missions: 10 minute swim on Friday and Monday. Drink a total of 14L this week. Avoid grains after 5pm for 7 days.
  5. I have no clue if it's doable. It may not be. I'm not sure what the healthy size is for waist at my height 5'4". But I figured as long as I lose something I'm willing to go with it. I know I'll make progress and that's what counts. And for everyone else, thank you for your kind words! I'm looking forward to changing for the better!
  6. Hi! New to all of this! I just started the 6 week challenge too. But let me back up. I'm 22, and love adventure. I love to climb mountains and trail through forests. I also love to wrestle, climb, swim, fight, and run. Only problem is I don't actually know how to do those things. So instead of hurting myself, I've come here, to get motivated and to see what I can learn. I want a better body image along with a body that can do things. I want to get into Muay Thai Boxing, Parkour, Archery, Kendo, gymnastics. I want to become a better me, and what better way than becoming stronger, faster, more adept? Thanks for listening to my spiel. P.S. My nerdy passions: cosplay, Supernatural, anime, BL, Game of Thrones, John Green books, Harry Potter and a lot more.

  8. I'm Fayrn. I'm human. Right now my body condition is average leaning towards overweight. I mostly stay at home, waiting for my life to begin. I need to change that. I want to have a better body image by getting to a healthy weight and tone my body. I'm on a quest to lose my humanity and become something, someone better. Main Quest: In six weeks I will lose six inches off my waist line. Mermaids are graceful, lithe, and fast. That's because they're streamlined and that's what I'm going for. Quest 1: Swim for at least 10 min, twice a week. I love to swim, and if I do more of it I can improve my stamina and overall body condition. Quest 2: Drink more water for the next 6 weeks. I drink water everyday, but not enough. I plan on drinking at least 2L a day. Quest 3: No carbs before 11am. I wake up at around 6 or 7 in the morning most days, and after talking to a nutritionist, I learned it's best to avoid carbs in the morning when you wake up. Life Quest: Furnish the house. I just moved and I would like to make my house into a nice comfy fortress and in order to do that, I need to put things in it. In six weeks I would like to have a kitchen table, a couch, and a bed frame. Motivation: Mermaids. Seriously, I want to look and feel good being half naked and imagining a mermaid seems to get the ball rolling
