  1. Hiiii! It's September, which means a new Delta on board magazine - this month featuring "5 ways to do Boston." Saw this and thought of you . Also, the UA gymnastics commercial - [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]. Also also, North Carolina you say? Whereabouts? [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Lol, asked and answered apparently. I haven't seen it all yet, but apparently a lot of the moves got rebalanced. (The type bonuses are still only 25% though I guess.) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. By all reports, you can only use the naming trick once per eeveelution, so I'd roll the dice with your perfect iv one and see if you happen to get another vaporeon with a good moveset. Use one of your other eevee's to make a jolteon, just for the purposes of filling out your pokedex. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. It only shows 'mons that someone has already found, so if you are in a rural area it won't be that helpful. Then you load up that homepage at Santa Monica pier and cry, lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yeah, I had figured out intuitively that spending dust early would have been wasteful, but I wasn't ever sure when to start powering up. Honestly, even though I have enough dust now that I could maintain a few maxed out 'mons, I'll probably continue to hoard. The current gym mechanics are so heavily biased towards attackers that even without powering up, there isn't a gym I can't take down. And even if I did power up, there's no gym that I'd be able to hold. The huge CP numbers are just for show. So...¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Stockpiling it is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Holy crap that experience curve, fam. The progress was pretty linear to about level 20, but it scales up exponentially after that. 50k to get from 20 to 21, 75k to get from 21 to 22. After finally turning that over, staring 100k in the face to get to 23. (It only gets crazier after that - it's 350k from 29 to 30, and 5 million from 39 to 40). In a way though, it's kind of liberating. I'm sure Niantic hopes that the steepening requirements will encourage the hardcore players to spend money on lucky eggs and such to keep progressing, but it's having the exact opposite effect on me. 7. Or as I call it, taking the long way around the floor to the drinking fountain, ha.
  8. Oh man, how do suburban/rural folks even play this game. I've been playing mostly during lunch breaks at work (downtown in a big city), and I guess I didn't realize how good I had it. Tried to play at home last night and it was...sparse.
  9. Whaddaya know, I'm still alive! I did some lifts last weekend - 77/80/83x and 94/97/100x at 83 bodyweight. So so numbers for me - neither horrible nor great. I don't have access to the spreadsheet though - can someone punch me in?
  10. Masters weightlifting 4lyfe! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Sorry about the Jayhawks, you had to know that was coming as soon as you decided to watch. Congratulations on the no-fatigue and the weight loss and the house! Glad you're here! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. Sinclair doesn't normalize between women and men. The women's Sinclair ratio is to get to what you would theoretically lift as a 75+, where the men's Sinclair ratio is to get to what Niccolo would lift as a 105+. I think I saw a rough swag on Reddit that you would multiply a women's Sinclair by 1.44 to normalize to men's, but that's not a perfect science either since Sinclair is based on WRs and the women's world records still aren't as mature. 14. Did some lifts. They were super shitty. 74/77x/77x snatch 90/94x/94x c&j 81.5 bw https://youtu.be/7CltzvSiVL0 (Also, I can't update the sheet on mobile - can someone add my results?) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
