  1. I just tried to find some inspiring post to start up again with NF and BAMM! you came across my screen! I really enjoyed reading how your life has changed and I keep my finger crossed that you stay back on track and archieve your goals!

Q2: Workout 2 times a week = 2 STR | 1 DEX CHECK! Q3: 1800 kcal per day = 2 CON -> 80% (1,6 CON) LQ: Meditate 3 times a week = 2 WIS | 1 CHA -> 80% (1,6 WIS | 0,8 CHA) I am very happy and excited about my leveling Just saying *gg*
  4. I passed week three and I still feel awesome! Just worked out, went for some runs and meditated a lot. I ate sometimes more than my 1800kcal, but I feel that this is right for me and my body needed more calories I ate 90% healthy stuff, so everything is fine. So, here is my intermediate status: I ran 2 times a week every week! I did 2 workouts a week every week! I ate 1800-2000 kcal at 80% of the time! I meditated every day for two weeks and 2 times on week three! So, I think I made it to level 1 and... I could spend some points? I'm not sure... can some other superhero pleaaaaaaase help me UH, and need to tell you something: My sleeping habit changed as well... it seems to me, that I didn't need as much sleep as before and nevertheless I feel calm, awake and here.

If you say, that you are now a hobbit adventurer, what is your goal? For me, it was very important to get an idea of the final version of myself, if you know what I mean. Better say it in german: Welcher Superheld soll dich am Ende deiner Reise im Spiegel anschauen? At the last few weeks, I had some really, really nice and important talks via board messenger, they helped me to stay tuned and to stick on everything, even if there were some hard times.   8. Okay, here we go First of all: I died. I died a thousand times. But I stick on my plans and I made it. Two ass-kicking weeks! And I noticed things: First: I am way faster when climbing stairs! I outrun my boss and my hubby Two weeks ago, I never thought about being fast as Flash (a big wave @Comrad Talls)! Then I noticed a few days ago, that my hip went smaller. I thought it was an illusion, but the measurement confirmed it. I lost 6cm at my waist!!!! Ehm... 2,36 Inch!!! I still cannot believe it. I have started to write down the scope of my hip, as I did with my waist two month ago. I... lost the thread, cause I'm in a delirium of joy, but that's okay. What was my point? Ahhh yes! My eating habit changed as well. I fell in love with delicious watermelons. I could eat a ton of them . But I know, they are nothing for a normal meal, so I ate a lot of salad and Steak (yummie) and yogurt and nuts... I still eat bread, but not in the same amount, than before. There was not a single day when I do not eat 1800-2000 kcal. And not a single day when I eat more! I feel great!!! When I go for a run, I ask myself what the heck I'm doing. And I still die after I run a mile. But I have a good feeling about the whole running stuff and I like the idea to be fit as hell I meditate a lot more, than the plan requires, and Nirvana (the concept, not the band ) is in reach! If two weeks of being active and eat right can change my feeling in this positive way... what will happen after six weeks?!? I start to feel like a real Wonder Woman. And I love it
  9. *elegant landing just in front of him* I had the best ten days of my life! And I am so full of energy and stuff is going on... STUFF!!! As I wrote on another occasion: Teaser: Best run ever! More push ups than ever! Best weight drop ever! And I get some muscles as well!!! I will tell the whole story in a few days, for now there is no time, cause my people need me!
  10. @SinnahSaint: Thank you so much for your concern! It gives me a good feeling and I take your post seriously. Since four weeks, I workout two to three times per week, with 1800 kcal per day. It worked out fine, so I am not very worried about it . But tomorrow is my routine health check and I will ask the Doc for his opinion. So I'm on the save side of life @Comrade Talls: Yay! I'm sooooooooooooooo excited and I know we got this!
  11. I will give everything and become Batman. Äh... Batgirl. But first things first: Before I become member of the Bat-Family, I have to become Wonder Woman. You may ask why, and it's my pleasure to answer your question! Wonder Woman is the first superheroine! She is strong, fast and awesome And I think, she is a great base for my process to become member of the assassin guild Okay, I have a nice goal, but how should I achieve it? First, I have to depend my persecutors! But how?!? My plan is simple: I will hit the 5K! My loved smartphone and the awesome C25K app will help me a lot This will be step 1: Two times a week do a C25K run. Second, I need more power! A cool Wonder Woman themed workout plan will help me out: Step two is to do the Wonder Woman Workout two times a week. Third, I need to slim a little bit. The Wonder Woman costume needs a nice body to fit Step three is to eat max 1800kcal per day. Okay, the base for being an awesome heroine is done, but I need patience to reach my goals. So here is my life quest: I will meditate three times a week! The combination should give me a good start to become a fit and healthy person and then I will change the world!

  15. Good Morning! (okay... it's morning for me... maybe I should say "Good Evening" to some of you ) I'm not a really badass singer... my drillinstructor is a real badass. Her Voice sounds like Beth Hart... and she sings like Lzzy Hale. There is no official stuff, cause we write our own songs and work on a conceptional album. And the creative divas (I love them sooooooo much) wanna be perfect as hell, before anybody should hear a song... But as a real rebel, I'll send you a PN with the song, we started last week Just rehearsal stuff, but it gives you an idea of our stuff.
  16. Yesterday I did the first workout since the heat wave was over and I feel like a slight cold tries to get me. But I move on and plan my next workout for friday. Paleo stuff is still working @SevenofSeven: Thank you! I was very sceptical about Paleo, but I become a fan Uh... lost almost another lbs, by the way

And I did a workout yesterday, but I felt like I get a slight cold... maybe the air conditioning at work tries to kill me.   18. Short Feedback: Paleo stuff is working! But body-weight-workout isn't working, cause I'm melting away... but that's okay for me! I lost ~1kg (~2,2lbs)
  19. Okay, strange things happened... First at all: I realized, that one of my trousers are getting wider... I do a kind of paleo nutrition since two weeks, and maybe there is a first success But since yesterday, theres a heatwave in my little part of the world and I am literally melting away :/ There's no chance for me to do the planned workout, so I cut it down and try some easier stuff... The heatwave should be over next week, and then I can go on as planned Or maybe I get used to the heat and can work on as planned either way Another good change happend at work: We moved in another part of the building and now I use the stairs to reach the second floor! The elevator is far, far away and now there is no excuse anymore. Oh, and I drank yesterday and today more than 2 litre of water, I am very proud!
  20. Hi Guys I think there is a looooong road to happiness But I startet with a kind of paleo nutrition and it gives me a first success. I didn't lost weight, but yesterday I realized, that one of my trousers becomes a tiny little bit wider. My workout plan is at the moment just this: A plan I worked out two times a week, but I think it's not enough. So now I pushed myself workout three times a week and go on with my kind of paleo nutrition Maybe the next days will be very hard, cause there's a heatwave in my part of Germany and I am melting aaaawwwwwwaaaaaayyyyyyy...
  21. Okay guys, this is the first try to write a battle log and I have no idea how to do it or how long I will survive the fight... But where should I start? I count my calories ever day, usually I reach ~2000kcal, and there is no weight loss since three month. So I decided to make a change: 1. I will do three body weight workouts every week 2. I will use Google Fit to measure tiny little steps 3. I will dance the paleo dance 4. I will drink 2 litre of water each day - been there, done that, but then... I don't know.. stuff happens 5. I will go down to 1800kcal every day I have no idea, how often I can write down my battle log, but I'll try to do it after every workout If I ever reach the first magic number and get rid of 7kg (15lbs), I will start to work with "from couch to 5k".

  23. Hello Gentlenerds and Nerdladies! My name is Juvi and my secret identity is Batman. Okay... Batgirl, but I am as cool as Batman . However, I'm from Germany and I found the NF side, when I was stalking english speaking blogs about healthy living. (I try to improve my english skills and blogs are really fun to read) But you want to know stuff about me. Okay, let's face the facts! I desperatly need to loose about 30kg, I think that should be 66lbs. Earning my money with beeing supervisor by day is a really hard job. Decision have to be made, like "What should I eat for lunch?" or "Should I give ice cream to my team, 'cause it's hot and I like them?". That means, I sit the most of the time on a really nice chair and do stuff with my computer. The most of the time, I eat the right things, but a few years ago, I was very depressed and took on a lot of weight. I lost 10 kg (22lbs) over the last three years, but now I want more. (Can you hear Billy Idol singing "More! More! More!" from Rebel Yell?) "In the midnight hour... babe... more, more, more.... with a rebel yell.... more, more, more... MORE MORE MORE!" Where was I?A... right... I was making a clean breast of my life. At night, I am part of a cool rock band as their lead vocalist. You won't believe me, but you need damn abs to sing! But my abs hide under belly fat... so... here I am, willing to get rid of the delicious bacon and become a healthier person. My goals aren't just to loose weight. I want to run 15km without dying. I want to climb a climbing wall, not looking like Goofy. I want to do 50 Pushup without begging for release. I want to be happy with myself. I want to go on a stage and sing the lungs out of my body without feeling stiff and aching. They told me to join the rebellion. They told me to stand the fight. And they told me, it would be worth the pain. So, my fellow nerds, here I am! Its time for Batgirl to get a visible sixpack. And to kick her own ass!
