Love the simplicity and effectiveness of this log. Depression has been attached to my hip since I was a kid, so any consistent effort, such as posting updates, quickly becomes an overwhelming hassle. But this approach is perfect for eliminating the squeamishness. 169/365 days. Just, wow. Think I'm going to borrow this approach, if you do mind, along with the grading system. I tend to be too hard on myself when I don't do things perfectly and then end up quitting because of it. This takes the edge off. Consider me a fellow 'getting life on track' buddy
