Question for the sages
Seeker81 replied to Seeker81's topic in Rebel Introductions and the Respawn Point
Thanks. If only setting aside time were simple. I agree that is what needs to happen and for the most part does. -
My question is this, Why is it so easy to get into a workout mindset at the gym but not at home even when I know its cheaper, and more effective to do body weight exercises....well I guess I know why it is easier. When I get home and immediately get the family and head off to my daughters Karate class (three minutes from our gym) I'm already out and about and the gym has child care for our 2 yo, so the wife and I both get to work out and I (we) love it. At home, well there are all the responsibilities of being at home and the list never gets any smaller it seems. Not sure what if any advice there is for this but I needed to get it off my chest. Thanks for listening.

It has an excellent pantry organizer/tracker doohickey that can be used for spice shelves/cupboard, freezer, refrigerator, etc. All the calculations are done for you, and if I remember right it'll automatically add items to your grocery list when you reach your minimums that you set. I've been using this app for a number of years. And while setting it up is a bit time consuming initially, it streamlines you're shopping/coupon/cherry picking/pantry lists so well that I'll never go back to a spreadsheet. Hope this helps! (And I'm back, but the way. ..hello. ..) Hard to do that with a phone app lol. -

I have a question for anyone that can answer, I created a excel sheet to track the inventory of my household pantry, freezer, fridge and tied it to a list of frequently used recipes. What I would like to know is if anyone knows a way for me to automatically update my cell references when I add a new item to the pantry and re alphabetize. The formula references the adjacent column to current position to see if it is on hand or not.Thanks. Example: Pantry Sauces On Hand Beverages on hand Recipe Name and Book Ingredients current position Formula to detrmine if recipie can be made bbq sauce yes orange jucie yes French toast bread sour dough a6 IF(AND(B6="yes",B215="yes",B324="yes",B218="yes",B331="yes",B174="yes"),"yes","no") black berry jelly yes No Book sugar-white j75 chicken demi glace p76 no milk-1% i26 chipotle sauce no vanilla k78 cream of chicken yes eggs g8 cream of mushroom yes ground cinnamon k33 -

Ughh, OK after a nose dive off the wagon last week I had to restart so Today I start the six week challenge. I found a ladder workout calculator here: https://www.marklauren.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5378that I am going to use to get a true count of my reps.
