  1. Thanks guys! I'll definitely start prepping my meals seeing as my schedule sucks haha 4am-3pm... My biggest thing to give up is pizza and Pepsi I love that shit but I won't have a problem giving it up since it wouldn't be the first time I've had to. Is for change in my diet and exercise I'll be going with the three step method. Doing 3days, then 3 weeks then three months hopefully by the end of 3 weeks I would of kicked a couple habits to the side. Also anyone have any quick breakfast suggestions? I usually go for left overs. I'll be asking a lot of questions....
  2. Thanks for the input. Lol thing is I have the habit of eating once maybe twice a day. So by the time I get home it's like hearing the velociraptor from the first Jurassic park annihilate that cow. It's not pretty.
  3. Thank you and no worries on the divorce bud. I'm now a free man and have less headaches haha. Great to see that I'm on the right track I'll definitely check out the blog. Eric
  4. How's it going ladies and gents? I'm Eric! I am 23yo 5' 11" and overweight. Lol was 233lbs to be exact, recently divorced and have already dropped down to 226lbs. I haven't really done much to lose the weight besides take a walk here and there but now I want to get serious about it. I have a few questions which I hope I can get some answers to. My goal is to lose body fat and build some muscle! So here goes. Diet: As of now uhhh it consist of nothing other then what I have in front of me which is usually crap foods like pizza, mcdonalds, chips, soda and whatnot. From my understanding that's the cause of my weight gain along with my laziness. I'm not to good at sticking to a certain diet and counting calories isn't my thing. So I thought about going about it in the sense of if I can't grow it or find it in the wild I wouldn't eat it. In other words I'd be cutting out the grains and sugars out of my diet. Any opinions on this or am I on the right path. Exercise: Here is where I'm pretty much clueless. Due to my schedule I don't really have any time to hit the gym so all I can really do is work out from home. I have a curl bar with 40lbs worth of weights, pull up bar, comfortable sneakers and a 5 mile hiking trail behind my apartment building? Any suggestions on compound exercises or such? Like I said I'm kinda clueless here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Eric
