  2. Day 27 (Friday): Water: 40 oz Eating: yes i did Walked about a mile
  3. Day 26 (Thursday): The wheels start to come off Water: 48 oz Eating: nope did not walk
  4. Day 25 (Wednesday): Water: 64 oz Eating - nope Walked 1.55 miles
  5. Day 24 (Tuesday): Water - 80oz Eating - nope C25K - Started Week 2. 2U13, 1U14, 3U15. 2.01 miles 33:40
  6. Day 23 (Monday): Water: 64 oz Eating: nope Walked a mile
  7. Day 22 (Sunday): back on track Water: 72 oz Eating: done by 8 Walking: Didn't quite get a mile in, but close Trying to focus this week on what I'm eating as much as when I'm eating it.
  8. Day 21 (Saturday): blew it Water: 24 oz (seriously?) Eating: snacked late I did walk / run 1.24 miles, so not a total loss. But basically a total loss. Week 3 in review: 1. 64oz of water every day - 6/7 2. No eating after 8 PM - 5.5/7 3. Walk a mile every day - 4 4. Couch to 5K 3x / week - 2
  9. Update: Current: 5k run: 48:54 Mile: 14:47 (running about 50% of it) Pushups: 20 Weight: 289.6 Goals: 5k run: 35:00 Mile: 10:00 Pushups: 100 Weight: 200
  10. Day 20 (Friday): Water - 72 oz Eating - Kind of (schedule made for a late dinner) C25K - Last shot at week 1. 16:18 pace. 1.82 miles. 1 U12, 2 U13, 1 U14, 3 U15, 1 U16. Walking was slow.
  11. Day 19 (Thursday): Water - 64 oz Eating - nope
  12. Day 18 (Wednesday): Water - 72 oz Eating - nope (but really wanted to) C25K - Still doing week 1. Slower than last Saturday, but cold, wind, and going straight from work probably contributed to that. Slogging along. One month after weighing more than I have in my life, I've lost 9 lbs. Little victories.
  13. Day 17 (Tuesday): This was an awful day. Actually caught myself thinking I just wasn't going to mess with worrying about meeting goals today, but caught myself before giving up on the day. This is an enormous step. Water - 64oz Eating - nope Didn't get a chance to run - timing fell apart (excuses, excuses). Tomorrow.
  14. Day 16 (Monday): Water - 64 oz Eating - nope Walked a mile
  15. Day 15 (Sunday): Lots of rain in the 405 today so getting out wasn't an option. Water - 72 oz Eating - nope
