  1. Finally I got my hand on the internet ! The Ground Work Quest 1: Practice handstand for 10 min per day. DONE ! Quest 2: Complete first month of Athlean-X online workout program. DONE ! Quest 3: Spend 15 min gardening every morning. DONE ! I'm happy with the progress in this challenge. Now. To end this officially, so that I can move on to the next one !

I give it a thought and, just know that if I didn't do it now, there's no way I'm gonna do it. So thank you @Rebel_Timelord !
  3. So yesterday, June 28th 2016. I abandoned my challenge, to drive my mom for the upcoming festive season. I happily drove her to places, there's no doubt in that, Just, there's still an itch to do the challenges. Still managed to pull (or kick-up) some wall handstand a few times in the parking lot, but couldn't do it for long for reasons. But maybe there's truth in what they say, be good to your parents ! Because they bought me a new shoes ! (my former shoes was stolen, and they got me a better one !) okay, that's not the sole reason why you should love your parents, but yeah, you get me I'm a small kid again. Thanks mom. I love you ! p/s; I wen't out with my new partner this early morning. Of course
  4. Yup, finding non food reward is quite a challenge. But luckily, my old shoes got stolen (that's the unlucky part), which gave me an idea to get a new one. Yesterday !
  5. That's and awesome feat ! Maybe by now you're already addicted to some physical activities. Because I know I do ! It's like an itch for moving or something haha
  6. It's all from the NF 28 days handstand challenge, I wouldn't even think about it if not because of the article. Even if I couldn't get it by day 28th, the progress is already making me happier. Thank you Durfette !
  7. A little bit report on the handstand: In 10 tries, I got 6 times perfect up kick to the wall. The others was a miss. Bent elbows & kick wasn't high enough. Didn't get to record the time. I get to tap the wall while being upside down, and resulted in a real handstand (didn't touch the wall on my back). But I suspect it was for 5 seconds. Wohooo ! Gardening progress: Still in the elimination process. Today I get rid of a big plant, didn't know what's the name, but it service has come to and end. I said my thanks and let it go. There's a lot of empty vase (What's left is dead root, and soil), So I'm going to empty it and maybe sell of give away. If not throw away. That's it for today: Tomorrow will be the workout day. Can't wait
  8. Knowing what's the Kryptonite is already half the battle, challenging it is another triumph ! You played your game well sir. Kudos for all the quest I love that you anchor your workout with daily routine, in this case, going to work. It's always easier to stick to something when we put it in one boat

  10. The 2nd week has finally ended. And I'm happy to say that the challenges are going great. Wohooo ! So here's the overview of the three quests HANDSTAND So far, I only missed one day of practice. I can feel the shoulder muscle getting stronger with some density. It's fun being upside down, it stops being dizzy after one week so that's great. Currently, I'm at the "kicking up the wall stage" and will slowly tap my feet off the wall. I'm loving it ! WORKOUT In this two weeks, I managed to get 3 session of workout per week. Exactly what I'm hoping for. And I'm learning more about my body this time, as we're currently going through fasting month. I thought I'm gonna collapse, but nope. There's a sense of clarity in the workout. Sort of like feeling which muscles are being used during certain movement. Feels weird but good GARDENING This therapeutic activities really blow me away. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up doing it for the whole front yard (still in process). The feeling of touching the soil, playing with it, really makes me happy. So following the principle of Marie Kondo, I eliminate the unnecessary and focus on the area that sparks joy. Still in the process of elimination. Will learn a little bit about planting once the ground is clear P.S. Didn't get to access the internet this past few days. Will make it a point to write before I sleep. To my fellow comrades. Stay awesome !

  15. Hell yeah to baby steps ! Deconstructing the habits into a smaller baby-steps, so that it integrate in our daily routine smoothly. So easy that skipping (or doing) it feels weird. That's what we learn from our rebel leader, Steve. All the best for the journey ! Will cheer you along the way !
