some girl on Facebook tried to sell me vegan chorizos made with soy and wheat gluten... freaking poison in a synthetic casing that is

I'm disgusted they call that Chorizo. I wont argue if the result is good or bad but I know it took a lot of originality to make that product. For God sake, why not be original enough to give it a freaking name to!!!
