  1. Definitly less half-dead at the end, yup. And able to move my arms and legs the day after =D.
  2. Working in ambulance service at the moment, don't ask me that, it always ends up in a gorry story ^^. Who's the governor, actually?
  3. It's not finishing, I'm still midway, considering how late I started. But still fine for the moment, thanks!
  4. Sport session every 2 days for now, One running session on Sunday, and geek sport at least once or twice a day... So yep, week 2 went fine, thanks!
  5. Strength and sturdiness! Damn, I knew I signed up for something I was forgetting about ^^. Getting on it tomorrow for real, promises!
  6. I came back last week from that trip in the North Sea. And being honest, that was a challenge by itself ^^. (didn't have any weight objective or so, but I apparently lost a couple of kg there, according to the weight thingy in my bathroom). Still, that was amazing, can't say much more than that. And I still manage to move on the Dresden theme challenges, as I just finished the 4th book. As for the objectives of my week 1, I started work quite fast, then went on a short weekend... That is to say I'm late. I'm not despairing either, so I plan on doing a sport session tomorrow, after my night watch, and make it every 2 day until I caught back the one I should have done in the past couple of days. Running should also start next weekend, after the next watch as well. The short answer is then: not doing that well, but working on it ^^.
  7. I'd probably go for Vash the Stampede from Trigun. Massive, a bit too much destructive, with an awesome dark backstory all covered in humor and deceptions =D. http://choualbox.com/Img/136884326210.jpg
  8. I'll check those links of Awesome with care as soon as I have a connection again, being currently traveling to Copenhagen, then out of civilisation at sea for a couple of weeks. Guess 5k is a popular distance because it's just what's needed to get the hell out of the danger/sofa zone, without being running pointlessly for hours either ˆˆ. Thanks for saying hi, updates asap!
  9. Being honest, I wasn't going to cancel holidays because a forum I just signed up to told me too =D.
  10. For info, I'll be on holidays in the first weeks (until August 10-15th), so reading at least the first book until then will be my pre-start challenge .
  11. 'think I only read one of the Dresden files, but I heard about a different version of the Wild Hunt from the Witcher series ^^. In any case, that gives me another objective: being done with the book series. As for the rest, if you'll have me, count me in!
  12. Can definitely relate to the "not dying" objective. It always feel wrong to be out of breath after a 50m run after a bus ^^.
  13. As for quitting smoking, nicotine substitutes can help a lot (call that an equipment switch to patches and gums), especially in the first weeks. It's useless without the will to quit, but if the mental is ready, it can help the body to follow.
  14. Positive, I posted in the recruit forum =).
