  1. Haven't updated in a week, but general results: Step count is all within bounds! Meals have been a little more hit or miss, gym progress isn't what I'd like. Will definitely focus gym as a more important task next challenge.
  2. I'll be honest, I'm not super alive! However, neither am I dead yet! At the commons we have a swipe in buffet, which I usually get to-go. There's always a salad bar + vegetarian area, which has some mediocre quality but decent veggies and greens. Every day, plain grilled chicken is an option, but I like checking out the daily menu items because that gets boring fast.
  3. Monday, Day 14: Step count: 8.25k, only a bit under the 10k goal. Not enough food nor quite healthy enough, let's do better on that
  4. Weekend: Step count was fine for Saturday but not so much for Sunday! Other than that, fine. Could have eaten a slightly higher calorie count!
  5. Friday, day 11: 24.1k, wow! Part of that was going for a run which substituted the gym. Healthy meals? Not so much but hey.
  6. Thursday, day 10: 13.8k steps! Got an early dinner that was well-balanced from the Commons. Still no gym but at least the cardio/walking and leg strengthening is fine.
  7. Wednesday, Day 9: Classes for today: 5/6, whoops. Had my 4 class block, went home for a break, and couldn't convince myself class number 5 would be anything important on the 2nd day. Step count:16k Food: well-rounded but a bit unhealthy with fried rice dishes
  8. Tuesday, Day 8: Whew I'm tired. Still 0 skipped classes. 15.8k steps. I'd say B- on meal healthiness, not great but attempted. Hopefully I can get to the gym sometime this week.
  9. Monday, Day 7: Exhausted. Had class from 10-3:30 with my wild 27 credit semester (its like 9 classes or so) Didnt skip any first day classes, good start, and still survived getting to work at 4. 14.3k steps today, maybe a little more later even. Did not eat healthily enough or get a proper well-rounded meal with the schedule though!
  10. Sunday, Day 6: 13k steps, so decently over the 10k goal! Unfortunately I didn't have much in the way of healthy food today and I haven't been to the gym yet. In class + work from 10-7 tomorrow so maybe tues or wed.
  11. Thanks! I've done as much as 20k running around between classes in a day last year or when I was getting to work this summer, so 10k is nice moderate effort!
  12. Saturday, Day 6: About 8k for the day so close, did decently! I'm sure once classes start on Monday I'll be running all around campus. One very healthy commons meal: acheived (there was Kale, wow) Still no gym since my return, trying to plan for it.
  13. Friday, day 5: 11.4k steps today and a decently healthy commons dinner! Still havent been to the gym yet in the few days I've been back. Hopefully will do that soon.
  14. 1500 words, not bad for today!
