  1. Yes, one of the workouts is yoga! And the fourth one is just a beginners circuit workout that was posted by Steve on here. I didn't quite know the name of it so I didnt state exactly which workout I was going to do, but thank you both!
  2. Introduction: Hi, I am Cheyanna and this is my first challenge. I am super interested in yoga and doing parkour. I'm interested in ninja like things, but I'm 245 lbs. I'm currently unemployed so I have a lot of free time on my hands. My free time is usually spent on the couch. I joined NerdFitness because I want to feel more comfortable in my body. Main Quest: lose 100lbs by next may Quest One: Walk/Run for thirty minutes a day, five days a week. A = Five days, B = Three days, F = Zero days Quest Two: No soda for the entire challenge. Substitute water for soda. A = N/A Soda B = 10+ Sodas F
  3. Hi! My name is Cheyanna Miller and I'm 18 years old. I'm a hobbit, it's as simple as that. I'm 5'3 and 245. I love food. My goal is to lose 100 pounds overall, but my short term goal is to lose 15 pounds in the next six week challenge. Another goal is to cut out all soda and sweets from my diet. I am going to be starting the Paleo diet to help put my diet on track. I want to be an Assassin. It's going to be a lot of hard work and dedication, but I am ready for the challenge! 👊
