  1. Thank you, makes sense I have started on the bww level 3, think I will dig in to that for a while and get used to scoring myself on eating and training, then get stuck into the next challenge. But thank you very much for the words of advise. Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk
  2. Yeah its in the academy in extras, I have been bodyweight training over the last 6 months but hitting the liquid Cal's a bit heavy, time to knuckle down now!
  3. Hi All I am looking at the "Get Fit Quick" 6 week plan in the academy and wondered if some could help me with a question. Each day has a number of circuits 2 or 3 usually are all circuits to be completed of do you chose one of them? Just wondering as they seem very intensive is they are supposed to be all 3 like super sets. Thanks
  4. Thanks Erosan, It does seem to need a time investment on top of training which at present, i don't have much of. Thought love how much it is community driven, great motivation, which I really need also if I'm to drop 20lbs by wedding day October [emoji14] Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk

  6. What's the norm for the 6WC, I have just signed up to NF yesterday and noticed challenge started but feel I should spend time getting through the academy first then looking at challenges in the future. What are your thoughts people?
  7. WOW every days a school day, didn't know there was a powerlifting championship in Bomo, the very best of luck to them good to see things are pretty active around here. I am in two minds of joining the 6WC here or just getting through the academy first on this site anyone any thoughts.
  8. Hi All, I little late to the game, but better late than never! Just joined last night, love the idea behind nerdfitness - looking for a UK sidekick to keep motivated im based in the dorset area but anyone in UK works.
