  1. I had similar before, I went to hospital as it was so painful and they just gave me painkillers and said it was a strain. It took about 2 weeks to heel properly before I could workout again. If I get any pain I usually use this - https://www.freebierush.com/free-painbloc24-pain-tape/
  2. I just got a sample of this stuff - http://www.wowfreestuff.co.uk/free-sample-nutrifiz-sports-nutrition/ its pre-work out, but it had no effect on me at all, so looking for something decent myself!

  5. Hey, My name is Jack, I am currently losing weight at what I thought was a good rate and lost total so far 4kg, and now it seems to of stopped coming off, currently going to gym 3 times a week, and eating fairly good. So yeah a little help would be good. Thanks
