  1. Hello there NERDS! Upon reading some article here I was intrigued and decided to join the team. So here I am! Actually I'm just really looking for poeple to converse with regarding fitness and health! The theme of this site added to my taste! Its Great! Actually I've already had my fitness plan even before...my work often gets in the way...though now, not anymore!
