  1. I do something like the "Bulletproof Diet", and one primary factor of the diet its being in a state of Ketosis. As I know, the Keto Diet it's a Diet to stay in a Ketosis state, so you use fats as energy instead of carbs. In my case, y stay in ketosis before 2 PM (dinner time), and I feel more mental focused to do tasks. Also, when training, mental focusing on lifting weights :v. I don't know how is the Keto Diet, but with bulletproof I stay in ketosis all the morning. So, try to be like 10 to 16 hours only with fats (no carbs), and you will be in ketosis.
  2. I had a Question about muscule gains or something. Happens that, I was doing a probgram the last month, that had a lot of wightlifting. Now, i'm happy to do that, but in the next days, I think that my traps are not proportional to my body!!!, so I'm looking litteraly rare :v. So, what can I do?. I was thinking to win more mass in the chest and in the arms (Because y like my traps, give me strength to do better lifts)
  3. My Pokemon Roster: Growlithe (Fire) Goals: Do the Open!!. Well, aside that, give my best, and in the week, do 4 Wod's, in a little more difficult level than a benchmark (to improve in my "fire" ability). Magnemite (Electric) (Looks like a mobility tool) Goals: Do more mobility!. I think that like 15 min in 4 days, targeting my knees and shoulders. Marowak (Ground) Goals: After doing a 4 week Strength program, now I want to continue, but not making a priority. So, do Squats 3 times that week, Bench press 1 time, shoulder press 1 time, 1 time Clean, and 1 time Snatch. (with loads according to me). (Marowak looks like it's snatching a bone ) Kadabra (Psychic) Goals: Meditate 5 min in the morning and the evening. Also, do 2 times a week like 1 hour of yoga, to improve my mobility, and also, do rare and challenging yoga poses. This with the propose, of getting my mind know more about the joints in my body. That's it!. It's more like do more programming in the weeks than learning some new moves. Week 1 My choose its Magnemite!, need this time a lot of mobility after all that training the past month x.x
  4. It's a great idea!, better when I am not signed in the official leaderboard d.d. Also, the sheet could be expanded to the benchmarks (as a motivation to do them, and getting better), and also some hero wod (heroes if the nerd here are insane x.x haha)

  6. Hi!, congrats of taking the challenge to reincorporate fitness in your life!. Think that the life change (moving) it's like a change of context (like switching from a wiiU to a PS4), so a lot of things will be different. Also, he knowledge of fitness that you had, isn't forgotten!. Because you did for sometime in the past, your brain still remembers, and also has "connected dots" when you where out. So, the return can be a little uncomfortable, but easier compared, if you haven't started before. So embrace the process, and also seek to improve your moves in little chunks, to level up fitness. And for the numbers, it's good to measure, to see if you're improving. But try to fall in love with the process of fitness, not only in the appearance of your body, also in other context like concentration, mindfulness, happiness, or simple: getting a little time of your life routine.   9. 16.1 My result: 135 Rx. Cardio is my weakness, I don't think I am able to do a better score haha. Congrats!!!. The past year, I only got 5 Muscule Up, but because it was RX, the result was good, so keep it going!!

I have a lot of social anxiety, and also, I think a lot and talk a little. In that birthday, I overcomed a lot of my shyness meeting people, and with the part of "Defense Against the Dark Arts", I arm wrestled an MMA guy who was in the party, like "Crossfit guy vs MMA guy". I lost very easily, being the second place. My friends told me: you lost, you're not the best, but I don't wanted to be the best, so I replied: That was funny. Also, I met someone that excels in a lot of part that I don't, and also shared some topics about fitness, was really cool!!. Also, in this way, i'm progressing in overcome my social anxiety, more points in life!!

  13. Thanks!. In my gym I am with people like me, but they have their groups, so isn't very a close connection, but well, I happy as it is. In my campus I had the idea to do a fitness Group, but University starts on March, going to try. In my gym, I don't have problems interacting. But, there are only gym topics, so my shyness to talk about other topics is what make me feel lonely. I had to practice more in other situations.

The progress it's slow, but completing a Databases Course in the next month (I have to do a proyect), and also There it's a little left to complete my first Full Stack application! (A voting app). So, will be like the battle part, if people turn some negative comment, I'll go through a happier way. Or if the convesation gets boring, I have to turn that, in a funny one!   15. Hi!, I was out of the forum, because I am obsessed with getting better with Web Development. I advanced a lot this days, but also very slowly (learning to do Full Stack Project, always when you are in the way, you encounter something what you have to learn, and... AAAGHH!). I'm also doing a Training Program to increase my numbers in lifting, but i'm finding that it's very demanding, with very heavy weights and lot of reps (see my training log). But I think that it's the way to improve myself!. Actually i'm in a level that I am capable of doing heavy programs, but compared to regular Crossfit advanced classes in my box, the programming isn't fitting me as well. So, I had that two parts. This vacations I'm focused in this two thing, but coming back to University, my priority switch will change. And there its also a little problem: I'm feeling alone (in University no, because I interact with people all day).. The two tasks of before, because are focused on myself, i'm feeling with a void inside myself. I don't go out to encounter with people or friends, because they are blood sucking vampires (I sleep every night about 8 hours, and if i'm going out, i could be sleeping only 4 hours, getting down a lot my willpower), and also, i stay at Facebook and Instagram looking pictures of some of my Social Media Circle, to make my procrastinator Brain a little distracted, and then come back to work. So, I know that there are a lot of posts on Nerd Fitness that could bring me tips. But in my case will not be working, because a lot of people of my social circle are blood vampire suckers, in terms of sleep, or also because I don't drink alcohol, and I feel strange in the groups.   22. Cool Video!, I just hade an app for linux that I can also edit videos, if you need an editor. Could be nice that the video of the Rangers, could be some workout or "WOD", that all the participants can do, and we can join the videos, like the participants are doing the workout together.

  25. It's not a game, of comic character..., but it relates a lot with. It's Wreslting. But not only WWE, also other promotions. You can say that it's scripted and not real..., but the wrestler of this era, are guys that love wrestling, they start from the bottom, and had to make a name by themselves to be recognized by the fans. They win the fans, and that make them more inspirational. See for example in the WWE, wrestlers like Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins (some of my Crossfit inspirations), or more recently Aj Styles (received a huge pop in this royal rumble debut)
