I stopped working out for like 6 weeks and still had some extra poundage, compounded by the holidays. - 20 unassisted pullups. I've gotten to 40 on the assisted pullup machine, but I want to be able to do them unassisted. - Get my business mastermind group rebooted. I have a day job, but I used to work for myself. I'm working towards getting back to that. Also, I'd love to find a workout buddy in the downtown Portland, OR area. Preferably someone who will do Parkour-style workouts with me.
