I've visited this site off and on for a while and love it. I've followed the challenges but haven't posted about them online. I have a routine I've adapted from StrongLifts that I'll do 3 days a week and will run/or go for a major hike on off days, will be counting calories/macros 2,000/day, 80g of fat per day, and 150 carbs/day, and take 10,000 steps in day. I'm pretty good at staying active, I ruin things with my diet, and beer consumption. Based on what I wrote above my goals are 6 days of exercise, 10,000 steps per day, meeting nutritional goal, and not drinking too much. So here's my outline for grading myself (my teacher brain loves rubrics)... Calories/Macros met: 1 or 0 points Strength & Cardio plan followed: 1 or 0 points - N/A Sundays 10,000 Steps taken: 1 or 0 points Two Beer Maximum: 1 point, 3 drinks: - 1 point, 4+ drinks: - 2 points so the daily points for Mon - Sat will breakdown like this: 4 points: A, 3 points: B, 2 points: C, 1: point D, O points: F, then we'll average the daily points Sunday's points will break down like: 3 points: A, 2 points C, 1 point: D, 0 points: F Other numbers that are relevant to for considering grade that could go for extra credit. Current 5RMs Deadlift: 230 Squat: 315 Bench: 205 BO Row:185 Push Press: 145 So if I am borderline between grades and I can Bench 225, Row 205, Push Press 165, Deadlift 250, and Squat 335 and I like what I see in the mirror. I touch some pictures they'll stay private , then I'll raise my grade.
