Due to my cost restraints (My kids need shoes AND like to eat up to 3 times a day). I will for sure check out that thread as well. Im starting out on this and will take any direction I can.
  5. Well I found this site from the Art of manliness podcast. I found this work out from the email blast form Art of Manliness. All of these work out are killers and are with in my price range (Free.99) Im working in dips and squats from my desk at work figuring any little bit helps.   6. To tell y'all the truth I was surprised anyone replied on this thread. It is neat feeling like there are people pulling for you. Thanks for the boost in confidence and want to excel.
  7. Im 5'11 and 172.5 lbs my BMI is 24.1 which is "Normal" but on the high side. I generally fluctuate my weight between 170 to 185. I dont want to loose much more weight but would rather tone up.
  8. my fitness goals is to develop core strength and get toned. Im tall and sorta lanky so most of my weight is in the midsection. Vegeta I do all kinds of stuff. Ive made gaunlets, leather armor, belts, knife sheaths and other do dads. I really like doing it.

  10. Im a father, biker, home brewer, leather worker and new to the Rebellion. I heard about this site on the art of manliness podcast. I thought it was worth giving a try. Im on day 3 and Ive done the at least 10 minute walk twice so far and I have cut out all sodas. Its baby steps I guess. I want to keep at this and see where it goes. Saying and doing is two different things. I start back at school in a few weeks and as a father to a 12 and 3 year old there is not enough hours in the day it would seem. Ill get a before picture soon. Hopefully this gets my wife into wanting to try this out.
