  1. I'm not very ripped but fit and follow calisthenics as a beginner. The thing is that due to the extensive amount of resources available online, it is hard for me to follow one. I'd like to create a workout plan for me to get a proportional and functional body like the Assassins and I'd like the community to help with that. I prefer bodyweight exercises over weight training so please try keeping the workout plan bodyweight based. thanks.
