So I reached a plateau in my strength training program, so I am going back to the basics. I will be dropping my weight down by about 25% on all exercises, increase reps, and put a huge focus on doing the exercises slowly and in perfect form. I think if I can work back up to my current 100% then I should increase my maxes on all my major lifts. I think the hard part is just mentally trying not to compare the heavy weights to the lighter ones I will be doing.
