  1. I've decided to not focus on the 6 week challenge. I'm just going to focus on the small wins for now until I can handle the bigger stuff
  2. Welcome. I've only been here for about a month but the paleo diet has been the best for me. Check out the nom nom paleo website. They also have an ap. I've lost 6 kg without doing much other than changing my diet. I still eat a similar amount and am never hungry. I want to get more into the body weight excersises on the nerd fitness academy and slowly level up. I also want to be in the assassin class. Good luck
  3. Looking for weight loss buddy's. I'm wanting to lose another 12 kg and then start toning up and would love some people on the same journey. I love anything sci fi and would love to find some people that love talking about anything comic or sci fi related.

  6. I was a bit bad in the past week. Junk food , soft drink and booze. I've got back on track now. I didn't put much weight on during that time and now I'm down to 96.5kg which is awesome. So close to half way of my weight loss goal.
  7. I crashed and burned already with the no soft drink but I was thinking maybe I could make it up by being better on the weekends.
  8. I'm doing the body bragade workout 1 from the nerd fitness academy. Yeah taking the day off when your sick is probably a good idea. As long as you get back into it when your better
  9. It goes well. I'm down to 99.2kg and my back is feeling good so I'll be back into working out on Monday. How about you?
  10. My First Six Week Challenge I went to an osteo and she fixed it for me. I'll be back working out soon. Warm ups will defiantly be a must before anything now even something that seems super easy. Thanks for your support it is much appreciated.
  11. Yay I finally am under 100kg. It's been at least 6 months since I was under a hundred. Under 95kg will be amazing. I've been over that weight for years.
  12. I'm so close to getting down to 100kg. I'm off by .1. I'll be there by tomorrow for sure. If only I could have exercised on Friday and Monday. Hopefully I'll be back exercising by next Monday. I'm pumped that I will to be moving through the 90's real soon.
  13. Yeah I'm not taking out fruits and sweet vegetables, only added sugar things like lollies. Thanks for your support. I hope I finish the studio too. I'm looking forward to actually being able to do music again.
  14. Ok here goes for my first 6 week challenge. Main quest I want to lose 20 kg by Christmas and get fitter and stronger. Quest one I read about this in another post. I want to go on the S diet. It goes something like this. No sweets, no soft drink, no sugar except sometimes on days starting with S. I am though going to swap out a Sunday for my birthday. You have to have sweets and naughty things on your birthday. A: for no screw ups B: for one screw up C: for two screw ups Quest two I'm being easy on myself for this one because I've hurt my back. I want to get up to the body brigade 2 workout by the end of the challenge. To get there I need to be able to finish all of body brigade 1 including all the squat thrusts. This is a pass fail quest. Quest three Do one fast until dinner each week. A: no screw ups B: one screw up C: two screw ups Life quest: For this quest I want to finish off my little recording studio in my backyard and start recording my folk music. I probably have 2 or 3 weeks left to finish the studio which gives me another 3 weeks to do some writing and recording. Maybe I'll be able to post a track somewhere if I make it.
