  1. I like walking and I like hiking. I have done a few goruck events and would like to do more in the future so it just helps stay ready I guess. Early morning rucks with audible are becoming the habit.
  2. I think I just really need to focus on getting up early and getting my Ruck in then immediately after work getting my lifting or running in depending on the day. I do now have my desktop set up at home so checking into NF will be more frequent thankfully. cooked some ribeye to have the next couple evenings cast iron snook to finish it off yesterday afternoon GF made a great salad

  4. 4/23 home made chinese food at a friends house Took a much needed rest day. I am realizing as I get older and am in less great shape as 4 years a go, I need to pace myself.   8. I finally got to go camping a couple weekends a go. Car camping but it's better than nothing. 1/6 camping trips done! our tent was small, kids tent was spacious camp fajitas pre meat some steak thrown in

  10. It went back on the market for all of 10 hours before getting an offer over asking price. This time though I can sit tight and not worry. I have almost everything out of it and it is ready to go! They are pyrex, I think in that size at some point I may have had close to 25. Over the years though they have chipped. I need to order some new lids as well.

  12. Sorry, life kicked my butt. I thought I had my house on the market but the offer fell through.
  13. 1.2 moonset in the front yard Got into the trap of not rucking in the morning, which led to a long work day and then not rucking in the evening. I need to ruck first thing as my highest priority. Ordered some fishing gear meant to respool all my reels with new line. These tools will make it much easier and quicker to do this than not having them. steak and mushrooms for dinner
  14. I think a combo of being old(40) and jumping back into fitness at a bigger clip than I should be.
  15. 2lb gain over zero week. Mostly just a normal fluctuation and I know I was not vigilant on my eating the way I should be. Time to tighten up.

  17. So Thursday - Saturday I had some crazy soreness/swelling or whatever. It went away on Sunday and I decided to just reboot Monday. I'll do a full update with my Garmin SS tonight but I definitely rucked this morning.
  18. I'm at the point where if I can't work out at home I likely will not work out. I have had home stuff since like 2009. When I got divorced last year she took the rack and I installed a new one in my house. Now I have moved in with the GF and need to get one that collapses into the wall since we have a lot of "stuff" in the garage.
  19. 0.4 I knew this was going to come. I woke up with a really stiff knee. Not sure if it is DOMS but I think it is just being old and getting back into working out.   21. That might be my largest snap pea harvest in Florida. I really need to figure them out next fall.
  22. So I weigh myself daily. This morning Tuesday I weighed 2 lbs more than on Monday. AGGGGHHHHHHHHHH. O well I understand that it fluctuates.
