  4. My current feelings for day 4 of sugar detox can best be explained by this.

This is my favourite challenge I've seen you post because of the care in it for what really matters most (oops rhyming). There is so much in the world to tackle and do, but to take a step back and prioritize helps make the mountain so much smaller. One's own kiddos and Lady are about the best quest anyone can venture.   14. That is right. Long time over due too. No sugar includes fruits and obvious carbs (rice, potatoes, etc). I've done this a few times before and always felt amazing after the first half. This time it is to help my poor body that is going a bit wonky from the excessive sugar I was partaking in. >u< Please link me your challenge c:

  20. Challenge 6 Main story, Goal 1: get back to pre wedding weight (Goal 2: Pass avg fitness test Goal 3: 25% or less body fat Goal 4: gain post apocalyptic survivalist fitness level Goal 5: ???) Quest 1) 1200cal weekly average So ready for this! I have spent since September easing myself into it and I am ready. Huzzah! (3/4 +3CON/+1CHA, 2/4 +2CON, 1/4 +1CON) Quest 2) Exercise 3x a week This has worked wonderfully and I learned a while back that I genuinely love working out. (3/4 +3STR, 2/4 +2STR, 1/4 +1STR) Quest 3) Sugar detox the whole damn challenge -flips table- R.I.P. sugar fairy. (3/4 +2CON/+1CHA, 2/4 +2CON, 1/4 +1CON) My Motivation 1. I want to be a good example for my sisters and future children 2. To optimally manage my mental health 3. I want to maintain my new healthy relationship with food 4. I want to be more comfortable in my skin 5. To be able to better participate in walks, hikes, and other outdoorsy things I once enjoyed 6. To be able to be pregnant safely and have the energy to play with my child ( disclaimer : I have jacked up ankles and literally very weak core muscles that don't activate properly. So if I got pregnant in my current physical condition I could likely render myself immobile) 7. I want to be able to protect myself and my loved ones 8. To better my chances at having a long and healthy life 9. My husband 10. Myself
  21. Challenge 5 summary Goal 1, workout 3x a week. I earned + 3STR Goal 2, 1500cal max weekly avg and 90g carb max weekly avg. I was successful every week except 3g over one dang week lol. So I earned... +3CON/1CHA hurray! Goal3, I threw this goal clean out the window after week 1 cause I was like eff it and I Don't care in the slightest. Lol. I am doing another challenge. Looking forward to it. See you next one.
  22. Week 4 summary... I ate an average of 949cals. Well below my goal. Oops too low. Still better than too high. I consumed and average of 74.16g yay! Well within my goal. I worked out 3/3x this week. Hurray!
  23. -deep breath- I am being a negative nancy, it is true. A change of attitude is probably what I need. Thank you for this, I'll get right to work cooling my jets. <3
