  1. I don't think its anything to worry about but then again im oldschool some say.
  2. All i can say is dont forget to get 8-10 hours of sleep and good luck.
  3. Haha that was such a crazy conversation. Good inputs on both sides though.
  4. For protecting your knees you need to stretch and also be sure to maybe get some padded running pants like the adidas ones or maybe even some under armour ones but make sure they have padded knee. I hope that kind of helps let me know see ya.
  5. Make sure you eat plenty of peanut butter and almonds.
  6. Don't worry about it i get imbarressed at the gym all the time just don't mind others and focus on them quads!
  7. If you get big then i have defenitly seen cases of stretched tattoos but only you know your body and the tattoo and how bad it will get.
  8. This sounds about right to me i would just stick with the methods your using.
  9. I can not workout when i am REALLY sick i just try to drink a lot of fluids and stay in bed.
  10. Lift heavy and eat big and like the others said dont worry about it.
