You'er snack choices seem pretty healthy to be honest, If you want to improve the overall quality, just add more healthy food choices to your snacks. A multivitamin is good choice or try a green juice so you can rest assure your body is getting all it's required micro nutrients. You can pick up a multivitamin at your local grocery or supplement store. If you want to try a green juice, Organifi is a good one. I have heard lot's of good reviews about it online, you can learn more about it here reviewyu.com/organifi.html. By doing this you can ensure your body is healthy

Hi welcome! Good to see that you want change, what is your plan? -
When I was at a standstill I would either have a refeed day or try a new diet to shock my body. A refeed day is where you would increase your daily carbohydrates for one day by 100 percent. When you diet for extended periods of time your leptin levels drop (leptin is the king of fat burning hormones). Increasing carbohydrates will increase your levels and you will be able to lose weight again As for trying a new diet I would recommend something short and quick to shock your body with. The three week diet is a good one, you can read a review about it from my blog here reviewyu.com since I have had good success with it, When you are done you can resume with your normal diet plan. I hope this was helpful

Hi Leafa To lose weight successfully you need to count your calories. You seem to have a decent workout, but this will not matter if you are eating too much calories. Remember weight loss is simple, calories in vs calories out. Without tracking your calories you are no different then trying to build something without any tools. A good starting point is going here and calculating your BMR, www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator. BMR is the amount of calories your body burns per day not doing anything. Take this amount and subtract it by 500, than eat that amount of calories for a week. One pound is 3500 calories, so a 500 caloric deficit multiplied by seven days is 3500. So in a week you would drop one pound, usually a bit more since water weight is always a big factor. If you want it the easy way then following a diet program that is already planned out for you is not a bad idea. The three week diet is a good one and will teach you everything I explained above and more. I actually did a review about it here, so check it out reviewyu.com You listed your diet what is really good, but it is useless without knowing how much calories you are consuming. If your not losing weight you are either overeating or just eating enough to maintain your weight. Now you can understand why cardio is not needed for weight loss, all it does is put you in a bigger caloric deficit. You can just replace this caloric deficit with eating less and it will give you the same result. I hope this helps

What is your body fat level? If your sub 10 percent bf, your face shouldn't get fat no matter what you do to it.. unless you have piss genetics
-
Only three things you need - small caloric deficit, bigger the deficit the higher chance you lose muscle - High protein intake - Hit the gym Thats all really
