  1. Friday and Saturday were a bit of a bust as a family emergency came up and I had to deal with it. Everything is good but I was on the road for a decent bit and made some poor food choices I did try to make the best of it, but sometimes you just gotta take the hit. I was not able to record stuff I know I had a cheese burger and some fries, I know I did not hit my water intake goals but that's really all I can say for sure. Not gonna lie this place only comes around once a month and I will never not eat it for lunch it ssoo amazing! Water consumed today: 65 Oz!   6. Grade for week 1 Main Quest Week 2 over view + grade (I was not yet here for the first week so I am a bit behind) . I will lose 10lbs in 6 weeks by going to the gym for HIT training 3 days a week. (0lbs lost = F 10lbs lost =A more than 10 A+): On going!I will stop eating so much crappy food and switch over putting my self at a minimum of 60% of my diet as paleo by the end of the 6 weeks. (more than 1 non paleo meal + snack per day drops it by a full grade each week, 1 non paleo meal a day + non paleo snack per week = A): BI will go for a 30 minute walk every Sunday. (Not going = F going = A): AI will drink at least 40 oz of water a day AND only have 1 soda per week. ( I hate water.. that being said, hitting goal every day = A, missing goal drops it a letter grade for the week) : I missed my water goals a bit, so C for the week. Side Quest I will start a yoga class on my day off and attend every week in order to be more flexible and explore a more spiritual side of myself.: A, first yoga class in the bag! Now I gotta keep going to keep that A up!
  7. Day 1 of weekly of HIT training (zone 3): COMPLETE! Crappy food eaten today: tiny bit of gelato? Water consumed today: 60 Oz! Sodas consumed this week: 0 Attended my first Yoga class on Sunday, it was a heck of a work out. Food Log 10/5/15 Bacon wrapped eggs X2 Salad with ham and spinach and bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli carrots and a tiny bit of lettuce and honey mustard dressing. Steps taken 8002 Personal achievement I fast walked a 20 minute mile today!
  8. Way to start the battle log! Its a small victory and a lot of small ones lead to a big victory. You got this! Weekend was a washout, that's okay! Life happens to everyone, I know you said you felt discouraged for this weekend, but today you stated your battle log so that's already turning from a negative to a positive! You can recover from it. Quitting smoking was one of the hardest things I have ever done but it was soo worth it, just remember how much better it will be once you quit. I had to use an "ecig" with the 0 nicotine liquid to help with the cravings I am honestly not sure if I could have stopped with out that, if you are having trouble quitting look into it, it may help =).
  9. Did my first Yoga class today. I am really not flexible.. YET! I will keep it at though! The sleep study was rough I did not sleep well and then they woke me up at 6AM and kicked me out. I managed to get home and sleep for 2 hours before going to the Yoga class. Food: Spicy Tuna wrap Soylent Egg and bacon "muffin" Moroccan chicken with potato and carrots I was not able to hit my water goal today =( Water consumed: 28oz I am not counting steps as Sunday is my I do what I want with out worrying about it day (at least for now), but I did go for my 30 minute walk.
  10. Have a sleep study tonight so not very active and going to bed early hooked up to a bunch machines to see how bad my sleep apnea is. I go to my first ever yoga class tomorrow morning.   11. Someone on my team dropped a Twix off at my desk, I picked it up and held it and thought about good it would be for about 45 seconds and then offered it up to someone else on the team. It was not easy. Water Consumed today: Forgot my water bottle at home 30ish Oz Crappy food eaten today: Lunchables =( Sodas consumed this week: 1 coke zero Bonus info! Steps taken today: 5000 (legs are soo sore from yesterday I can hardly walk normally, not sure what I did as I ate plenty of protein after my work out and drank plenty of water once I got home) Foodlog: Soylent 2.0 Teriyaki chicken "bowl" It was from our cafeteria who uses local ingredients in everything including meat. I had a tiny helping of rice and I ended up not eating much of it as it was really not as good as I thought it would be. Single serving size lunchables (just crackers and meat and cheese) to get something else in my stomach as I was starving after my failed lunch. Cup of mixed fresh fruit.
