I am a runner. I've done two half marathons and I am currently training for a marathon. I am really skinny. I eat a lot of garbage and drink a lot of beer, but thanks to my running I don't get fat. I want muscles and a six pack, I know everybody does. I have no idea what to do in the gym to help me get the shape I want to. I don't want to get bulky at all. Any exercises and diets that you recommend for me? Thank you
